文章以WSR（物理-事理-人理）方法论为理论指导，对地方高校学科协调与科研产出体系的构成要素、运行机制、面临问题及优化策略进行分析，提出地方高校学科协调与科研产出体系的优化策略研究，（1）加强顶层设计，优化学科布局；（2）强化科研对接，服务区域需求；（3）提升资源配置效率；（4）构建跨学科合作生态；（5）完善评价体系，激发科研活力；（6）营造协同创新文化。

Based on the WSR (Wuli - Shili - Renli) methodology, this paper analyzes the constituent elements, operational mechanisms, existing problems and optimization strategies of the discipline coordination and scientific research output system in local universities. It proposes the following research optimization strategies for such a system. The strategies include: (1) Strengthen top-level design and optimize the layout of disciplines; (2) Srengthen scientific research connection and serve regional needs; (3) Enhance the efficiency of resource allocation; (4) Build an interdisciplinary cooperation ecosystem; (5) Improv the evaluation system to stimulate research vitality; (6) Create a collaborative innovation culture.
