This paper systematically explores the application scenarios of DeepSeek technology in the intelligent
services of school intranet libraries. By constructing a three-dimensional analytical framework of “technology
empowerment-scenario innovation-risk prevention and control,” it reveals the technical implementation pathways
in areas such as intelligent retrieval, knowledge recommendation, and resource management. Combining school
characteristics, the study investigates how to establish a localized deployment security architecture based on “data
closed-loop-permission hierarchy-dynamic desensitization,” and proposes a collaborative governance mechanism
of “technical verification-human intervention-institutional constraints” to address risks such as AI hallucination and
information cocoons.
