随着数字经济的深入发展，贵州省高校积极推进数字化转型，以提升教育质量和促进区域教育均衡。当前，高校在数字基础设施建设、智慧教学创新及产业融合等方面取得显著进展，但仍面临信息孤岛、应用深度不足和持续发展机制不完善等挑战。本文通过系统分析现状与问题，提出应加强顶层设计、完善激励机制、加大资源投入、推动技术应用与产教融合等对策，以促进数字化转型的可持续发展。

With the in-depth development of the digital economy, higher education institutions in Guizhou Province have been actively promoting digital transformation to enhance education quality and foster balanced regional educational development. Currently,significant progress has been made in areas such as digital infrastructure construction, innovative smart teaching,and industry-academia integration. However,challenges remain, including information silos, insufficient depth of application, and imperfect sustainable development mechanisms. Through a systematic analysis of the current situation and existing problems,this study proposes countermeasures such as strengthening top-level design, improving incentive mechanisms, increasing resource investment, and promoting the application of technology and industry academia integration to facilitate the sustainable development of digital transformation.
