针对贵州农业企业在国际化经营中面临的风险复杂多样而内部风险管理能力普遍薄弱的问题，开 展其全面风险识别、评估与预警体系的构建研究。通过借鉴一体化风险管理理论框架，系统识别了宏观、 中观及微观三个层面的关键风险类型。进而，本研究运用因子分析法，综合财务与非财务指标，对各类 风险进行了量化评估与等级排序。在此基础上，构建了一个包含信息收集、风险监测、预警指标和响应 机制的动态预警体系。研究实现了从理论到实践的贯通，为贵州农业企业提供了一套科学、系统且可操 作的风险管理解决方案，旨在帮助其提升风险预见与防范能力，为其国际化经营的稳健与可持续发展提 供保障。

In response to the complex and diverse risks faced by Guizhou agricultural enterprises in international operations, as well as the generally weak internal risk management capabilities, a comprehensive risk identification, assessment, and early warning system construction research is carried out. By drawing on the theoretical framework of integrated risk management, the system identified key risk types at three levels: macro, meso, and micro. Furthermore, this study used factor analysis to comprehensively evaluate and rank various risks based on financial and non-financial indicators. On this basis, a dynamic warning system was constructed that includes information collection, risk monitoring, warning indicators, and response mechanisms. The research has achieved the integration of theory and practice, providing a scientific, systematic, and operable risk management solution for agricultural enterprises in Guizhou. The aim is to help them improve their risk prediction and prevention capabilities, providing guarantees for the stable and sustainable development of their international operations.
