在数字经济发展的背景下，对东三省产业链、供应链、价值链“三链同构”机制进行研究，是实现产业转型升级的重要路径。文章结合东三省的产业发展情况与最新政策导向，从搭建数字化产业平台、升级智能物流体系、拓展价值链增值环节、强化跨区域协同、完善政策保障体系、培育复合型人才等维度，提出东三省“三链同构”的具体策略，旨在为东三省借助数字经济赋能，推动“三链”深度整合与高效联动提供实践指导，为我国老工业基地振兴与数字经济时代产业协同发展提供实践参考。

Against the backdrop of digital economy development, researching the “triple-chain co-construction” mechanism of industrial chain, supply chain, and value chain in Northeast China constitutes an important path for realizing industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the industrial development status and latest policy orientations of Northeast China, this paper proposes specific strategies for the region’s “triple-chain co-construction” from dimensions including building digital industrial platforms, upgrading intelligent logistics systems, expanding value-added links of the value chain, strengthening cross-regional collaboration, improving the policy guarantee system, and cultivating interdisciplinary talents. The research aims to provide practical guidance for Northeast China to leverage digital economy empowerment, promote in-depth integration and efficient linkage of the “three chains”, and offer practical reference for the revitalization of China’s old industrial bases and industrial collaborative development in the digital economy era.
