个人信息保护作为数字时代下的重要议题，为了更好地了解个人信息保护的研究现状和发展趋势，以知网为数据源，运用CiteSpace工具构建有关个人信息保护的知识图谱。并通过文献计量分析国内学者对该领域研究所存在的优势和不足，同时根据公共数据、企业数据、个人数据这三种数据分类，分别提出针对性的法律对策。

Personal information protection has emerged as a critical issue in the digital era. To gain a comprehensive understanding of its research landscape and developmental trajectories, this study utilizes the CNKI database as its data source and employs the CiteSpace tool to construct a knowledge mapping in this field. Through bibliometric analysis, it examines both the strengths and limitations of existing research conducted by domestic scholars. Furthermore, based on the tripartite classification of public data, corporate data, and personal data, the study proposes targeted legal countermeasures accordingly.
