旅游业是新时代下实现我国产业绿色转型的重要一环，旅游知识产权作为旅游产业的核心资源决定了旅游业的兴衰。目前我国旅游知识产权保护情况虽然较之前有所改善但是传统型侵权问题仍然存在，新型网络侵权问题接踵而来。为应对形势下的风险挑战，我国应当积极完善旅游知识产权法律体系，提高企业知识产权保护的专业水平，改革旅游知识产权管理体制，构建数字保护体系以应对新型网络侵权以规范旅游市场秩序，激发企业创新活力，为我国旅游业持续健康发展提供有力保障。

Tourism is an important part of achieving the green transformation of industries in the new era in China. As the core resource of the tourism industry, tourism intellectual property rights determine the rise and fall of the tourism sector. Although the protection of tourism intellectual property rights in China has improved compared to before, traditional infringement issues still exist, and new types of online infringement problems are emerging one after another. To address the risks and challenges in this situation, China should actively improve the legal system for tourism intellectual property rights, enhance the professional level of enterprises in protecting intellectual property rights, reform the management system for tourism intellectual property rights, and build a digital protection system to deal with new types of online infringement, so as to regulate the order of the tourism market, stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises, and provide a guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of China’s tourism industry.
