为破解重庆丘陵山区新能源汽车推广瓶颈、助力 “双碳” 与乡村振兴,2024 年底重庆新能源汽车保有量70.65万辆,充电设施规模领先,但丘陵山区面临公共充电桩分布失衡、运维低效、政企协同不足等问题。为此,提出政企社协同监管评估机制、优化 “30分钟充电圈”、健全数字化运维与增值服务体系,预期填补乡村充电缺口、提升用户满意度,为同类地区提供参考。
To address new energy vehicles (NEVs) promotion bottlenecks in Chongqing’
s hilly regions and support “dual
carbon” goals and rural revitalization, research shows Chongqing had 706,500 NEVs by the end of 2024 with leading
charging infrastructure. Challenges: uneven charging station distribution, inefficient maintenance, insufficient
government-enterprise collaboration. Countermeasures: govt-enterprise-community mechanism, optimized
“30-minute charging circle”, digital maintenance & value-added services.Expected effects: fill rural charging gaps,
improve user satisfaction, and provide references for similar areas.
