摘要

全球气候变化加剧,我国“双碳”战略向实践深化,海岛“零碳岛”建设与物流低碳转型的联动,成为区域生态与经济双赢的关键。宁德市有643个海岛,2023~2024年发布专项宣言,明确2027年建成“零碳岛”示范工程目标。本文聚焦宁德市物流行业,分析其发展现状、问题及转型必要性,发现行业面临能源结构高碳化、基础设施适配不足等挑战,需从能源替代、设施升级、技术创新、政策保障维度,构建“海岛—物流—生态”协同的低碳转型路径,包括推广多能互补能源体系、搭建智慧物流调度平台等,旨在为沿海海岛城市物流绿色发展提供“宁德经验”,为国家“双碳”目标在海岛落地提供理论与实践参考。

Abstract

As global climate change intensifies and China advances its “dual carbon” strategy, the synergy between building “zero-carbon islands” and low-carbon logistics transformation has emerged as a key driver for regional ecological and economic progress. Ningde City, home to 643 islands, issued a special declaration in 2023-2024 setting a 2027 target to establish a “zero-carbon island” demonstration project. This study examines the logistics sector in Ningde, analyzing current challenges including high-carbon energy structures and inadequate infrastructure. The paper proposes a low-carbon transition framework encompassing energy substitution, facility upgrades, technological innovation, and policy support. Key initiatives include promoting multi-energy complementary systems and developing smart logistics dispatch platforms. These efforts aim to provide the “Ningde Model” for green logistics in coastal island cities, offering both theoretical and practical references for implementing China’s “dual carbon” goals in island regions.
