科技型中小企业是许昌市场经济中最活跃的企业主体、创新源泉和科技高地，但是却一直面临着“融资难、融资贵、融资慢”的现实困境，严重抑制了其高质量发展。本文通过对许昌市科技型中小企业发展概况及融资环境进行分析，总结梳理其面临的融资约束因素，进而从政府、金融机构和企业等三个方面提出应对策略，旨在促进许昌市科技型中小企业高质量良性发展。

As the most dynamic and promising economic entities and innovation carriers in Xuchang’s market economy, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have long faced the real challenges of “difficult, expensive, and slow financing,” which severely hinders their high-quality development. This paper analyzes the development overview and financing environment of technology-based SMEs in Xuchang, summarizes the f inancing constraints faced by these enterprises, and proposes strategies from the government, financial institutions, and the enterprises themselves to promote the healthy development of technology-based SMEs in Xuchang.
