本文通过问卷调查探究河北省居民碳普惠素养影响因素,采用多元线性回归模型分析结果。研究发现:18~30岁群体呈显著负向影响,反映青年素养不足;农村居民正向影响更强;高中及以下学历具显著负向影响,需切实教育手段。针对碳普惠认知不足、低碳行为脱节、低碳意愿薄弱等问题,提出差异化宣传、行为激励等对策,为提升河北省居民碳普惠素养提供参考。
This paper explores the factors affecting carbon inclusive literacy among residents in Hebei Province via
a questionnaire survey. A multiple linear regression model was used for analysis. Key findings include a significant
negative influence for the 18-30 age group, suggesting lower literacy among young adults; a stronger positive influence
for rural residents; and a significant negative impact associated with having a high school education or less, which
calls for practical educational measures. To address problems like limited awareness, the intention-behavior gap in
low-carbon practices, and weak motivation, the study proposes countermeasures such as differentiated publicity and
behavioral incentives, offering insights for improving carbon inclusive literacy in Hebei.
