高校青年人才可界定为45周岁以内,从事基础研究、应用基础研究、应用研究及技术研发且有突出创新能力和潜力的人才,其发展呈现出领域特异性、学术创新性与社会服务性等典型特征。然而,当前高校青年人才培养存在培养规划与其特质脱节、服务体系尚未有效保障其权益、学术生态制约其成长等问题。高校社科联聚拢了众多人才、团队和学科,可凭借其“联”“合”工作优势,立足青年人才发展特质,以厚德育才铸魂、联合育才聚力、实践育才强基和氛围育才润心等路径助推青年人才培养。
The definition of young talents in colleges and universities can be described as those within the age of 45 who are
engaged in basic research, applied basic research, applied research and technological R&D, and possess outstanding innovative
capabilities and potential. Their development is characterized by typical features such as domain specificity, academic
innovation and social service. However, the current cultivation of young talents in colleges and universities is faced with
problems such as the disconnection between the cultivation plan and their characteristics, the ineffective guarantee of their
rights and interests by the service system, and the academic ecology restricting their growth. The Social Sciences Federation
of colleges and universities has gathered a large number of talents, teams and disciplines. Relying on its work advantages
of “connection” and “integration”, it can base itself on the development characteristics of young talents and promote the
cultivation of young talents through such paths as cultivating morality to forge the soul, cultivating talents jointly to gather
strength, cultivating talents through practice to strengthen the foundation, and cultivating an atmosphere to nourish the heart.
