新工科建设对我国高校工程教育和重塑“新时代”工程人才提出了深刻的变革要求，化工类省属高校作为服务国家战略与区域经济的重要力量，其高质量发展路径的探索具有重要的理论与实践意义。本文聚焦化工类省属高校面临的发展挑战与机遇，通过选取两所化工类同类高校为研究对象，深度剖析其在战略定位、学科生态、人才机制等方面的成功经验。基于此，聚焦“以本为本”“改革谋划”“学科引领”三个方向，提出对同类高校具有普适性、推广价值的发展路径，为化工类省属高校提供有益借鉴与行动框架。

The construction of new engineering disciplines has put forward profound requirements for the transformation of engineering education and the reshaping of “new era” engineering talents in Chinese universities. As an important force serving national strategy and regional economy, the exploration of high-quality development paths for chemical engineering provincial universities has important theoretical and practical significance. This article focuses on the development challenges and opportunities faced by provincial universities in the chemical industry. By selecting two similar universities in the chemical industry as research objects, it deeply analyzes their successful experiences in strategic positioning, discipline ecology, talent mechanism, and other aspects. Based on this, focusing on the three directions of “people-oriented”, “reform planning”, and “discipline leadership”, a development path with universality and promotion value for similar universities is proposed, providing useful reference and action framework for chemical engineering provincial universities.
