上海市科技服务业重大投资项目合同呈现高复杂度、多参与方、长周期等特征,传统管理模式在履约可控性与过程监督方面存在明显不足。本文围绕合同签署、执行、监管与风控四个关键环节,系统梳理区块链技术在合同管理中的嵌入机制,提出节点协同签署、智能合约模板库、全生命周期监管平台及链上预警模型等路径方案,以期为科技服务业重大投资项目合同的效率提升提供实践参考。
The contracts of major investment projects in Shanghai’s science and technology service industry exhibit
characteristics such as high complexity, multiple participants, and long cycles. The traditional management model has
obvious deficiencies in terms of the controllability of contract performance and process supervision. This article focuses on
four key links: contract signing, execution, supervision, and risk control. It systematically sorts out the embedding mechanism
of blockchain technology in contract management and proposes path solutions such as node collaborative signing, smart
contract template library, full life cycle supervision platform, and on-chain early warning model, with the aim of providing
practical references for improving the efficiency of major investment project contracts in the technology service industry.
