本文以2010~2023年A股上市公司为样本，实证检验其对企业新质生产力的影响。研究发现，公共数据开放显著促进企业新质生产力发展，该政策通过推动企业数字化转型、降低创新成本，并促进城市数字经济发展与区域协同创新等内外路径发挥作用，且效果在中小型、资本与技术密集型企业中更为突出。

This paper takes A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2023 as the sample to empirically test the impact of public data openness on the new quality productivity of enterprises. The research finds that the policy of public data openness significantly promotes the development of new quality productivity of enterprises. This policy functions through promoting enterprise digital transformation, reducing innovation costs, and facilitating urban digital economic development and regional collaborative innovation, etc., and its effect is more prominent in small and medium-sized enterprises, capital-intensive enterprises, and technology-intensive enterprises.
