Against the backdrop of rapid artificial intelligence development, the global employment landscape
is undergoing profound transformation. As a vital segment of the labor market, college students are facing new
challenges and a restructuring of both employment structure and quality. By systematically analyzing phenomena
such as the reconstruction of vocational skill structures driven by AI, the dual compression of employment
positions, and the increasing differentiation of employment paths, this study reveals deep-seated issues in university
employment guidance services, supply-demand matching mechanisms,.It further proposes three strategic
approaches: building interdisciplinary talent cultivation systems, optimizing employment guidance services.The
