乡村振兴战略的深入实施对康复医疗服务体系建设提出了更高要求，在此背景下，文章构建了基于大数据与人工智能技术的康复人才智能培养模式（AI-RTS）。实验结果表明，AI-RTS模式为乡村振兴背景下康复人才培养提供了新的技术路径。

The in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has raised higher demands for the construction of the rehabilitation medical service system. In this context, this article proposes an intelligent training model for rehabilitation talents (AI-RTS) based on big data and artificial intelligence technology. Experimental results indicate that the AI-RTS model provides a new technological approach for training rehabilitation talents in the context of rural revitalization.
