得益于人工智能的蓬勃发展,以情感计算为典型的矫正技术逐步开创并推广。在提高矫治质效、更好发挥矫正职能的同时,诱发了算法黑箱、数据安全等风险。因此,本文从技术规制、人本优化视角进行策略分析,以期实现矫正工作从“工具创新”向“治理模式跃升”的质效变革。
Thanks to the vigorous development of artificial intelligence, correction technologies represented by
affective computing have gradually been initiated and promoted. While improving the quality and efficiency of
correction and facilitating correction institutions to better perform their functions, they have also triggered problems
and challenges such as algorithm black boxes and data security. Therefore, this paper examines the topic from the
perspectives of technological regulation and human-oriented optimization, with the aim of achieving a qualitative
change in correction work from “tool innovation” to “governance model leap”.
