在物流产业数字化转型的过程当中，数据治理已经成为核心驱动要素。通过对物流企业转型实践进行梳理，发现数据资产管理标准化滞后、组织架构技术平台不足等问题制约着转型进程。针对识别出的这些问题，本研究提出构建数据资产管理标准化体系、强化数据质量安全合规、完善组织架构技术平台等治理策略。

In the process of digital transformation of the logistics industry, data governance has become a core driving factor. Through reviewing the transformation practices of logistics enterprises, it is found that issues such as lagging standardization of data asset management and insufficient organizational structure and technical platform support are constraining the transformation process. Addressing these identified issues, governance strategies such as building a standardized data asset management system, strengthening data quality and security compliance, and improving organizational structure and technical platforms are proposed.
