随着城市更新的迅猛推进,中国现代化的重心逐渐转向新质生产力的培育,致力于推动智能建造产业园区向“数字化、高效化、低碳化、共享化”的改造升级。新质生产力这一崭新概念的涌现,为塑造城市空间品质注入了新特质。通过运用双重差分模型,对 2019—2024 年间我国 25 个智能建造试点城市与25个非智能建造试点城市的相关数据进行对比分析,发现建筑业全要素生产率在智能建造的应用中发挥了显著的积极作用,并深入探讨了新质生产力对智能建造背景下城市更新的深远影响,有效促进了建筑业新质生产力的蓬勃发展与全面提升。
With the rapid advancement of urban renewal, the focus of China's modernization has gradually shifted
to cultivating new quality productive forces, committed to promoting the transformation and upgrading of smart
construction industrial parks toward “digitalization, efficiency, low-carbonization, and sharing.” The emergence
of this new concept of new quality productive forces has injected fresh characteristics into shaping urban spatial
quality. By employing a difference-in-differences model to conduct comparative analysis of relevant data between 25
smart construction pilot cities and 25 non-pilot cities in China from 2019 to 2024, the study found that the total factor
productivity of the construction industry played a significant positive role in the application of smart construction.
It further explored the profound impact of new quality productive forces on urban renewal under the context of
smart construction, effectively fostering the vigorous development and comprehensive enhancement of new quality
productive forces in the construction industry.
