近年来，江苏县域民营企业通过智能化改造、数字化转型和产业链协同，在政策支持、数字基建和产业链升级方面取得显著成绩，逐步构建起较为完备且成熟的数字经济发展生态体系。然而，县域民营企业仍面临数字化转型成本高、数字技术人才短缺、数据安全与隐私保护难度较大等挑战。本研究从数字化转型、创新发展、人才培育等多方面探索了县域民营企业的高质量发展路径，以期为江苏县域以及其他地区的民营企业高质量发展提供有益借鉴。

In recent years, private enterprises in Jiangsu counties have achieved remarkable results in policy support, digital infrastructure, and industrial chain upgrading through intelligent transformation, digital transformation, and industrial chain collaboration. They have gradually established a relatively complete and mature digital economic development ecosystem. However, these enterprises still face challenges such as high costs of digital transformation, shortage of digital technology talents, and difficulties in data security and privacy protection. This study explores the high-quality development paths of private enterprises in county areas from multiple aspects such as digital transformation, innovative development, and talent cultivation, with the aim of providing useful references for the high-quality development of private enterprises in county areas of Jiangsu Province and other regions.
