本文对我国人工智能生成物版权保护的研究现状进行了归纳与整合，系统梳理了现存的争议焦点，思考并辨析各方观点的合理性与矛盾性，对其中的不合理性进行了批判与扬弃。并以此为基础，按照“观念转变、认知拓展、制度修订”的路径，对未来人工智能生成物版权保护领域的司法实践变革提出建议。

This paper aims to systematically analyze the current research landscape of copyright protection for AIGC in China, identify and integrate the existing controversial issues, critically evaluate the rationality and contradictions of various perspectives, and discard the unreasonable aspects. Based on this analysis, the paper will propose recommendations for judicial practice reforms in the field of AIGC copyright protection following the path of “conceptual transformation, cognitive expansion, and institutional revision.”
