为深入探究知识产权赋能标准制定的有效途径，本文采用案例分析和理论研究融合的方式，以获取知识产权在标准制定过程中的应用和实施策略。结果表明，制定知识产权和标准制定的协同机制，融入核心专利、技术秘密等标准，显著提升标准技术含量和市场竞争优势，全面增加企业在行业发展中的话语权，为后期各领域利用知识产权赋能标准制定提供参考依据，从而推动产业实现高质量发展目标。

In order to explore the effective ways of intellectual property empowerment standard formulation, a combination of case analysis and theoretical research is adopted to obtain the application and implementation strategies of intellectual property in the standard formulation process. The results indicate that establishing a collaborative mechanism for intellectual property and standard setting, incorporating core patents, technical secrets, and other standards, significantly enhances the technical content and market competitiveness of standards, comprehensively increases the discourse power of enterprises in industry development, and provides a reference for later use of intellectual property to empower standard setting in various fields, thereby promoting the achievement of high-quality development goals in the industry.
