摘要

人工智能产业技术创新面临核心技术受限、产业链协同不足、伦理认知薄弱等现实问题,难以适应新质生产力对高质量发展的要求。本文围绕技术基础、转化机制、制度规范和人才支撑,构建系统协同的创新路径,推动产教融合与价值引领机制深度融合。通过优化课程体系、建设高能级平台和完善治理结构,强化教育系统在技术创新中的基础作用,助力人工智能产业形成自主、安全、高效的创新生态。

Abstract

The artificial intelligence industry faces challenges such as core technology limitations, insufficient industrial chain collaboration, and weak ethical awareness, making it difficult to meet the demands of high-quality development driven by new productive forces. This paper focuses on the technical foundation, transformation mechanisms, institutional norms, and talent support to develop a systematic and collaborative innovation path, promoting the deep integration of industry-education collaboration and value leadership mechanisms. By optimizing the curriculum system, building high-level platforms, and improving governance structures, the paper aims to strengthen the foundational role of the education system in technological innovation, thereby fostering an autonomous, secure, and efficient innovation ecosystem in the artificial intelligence industry.
