伴随人工智能技术的快速发展，生成式人工智能日益融入办公领域，显著改变传统的办公模式。本研究以Deepseek在微软Word平台中的应用为例，系统探讨了生成式人工智能技术在办公场景中的优势、现实困境及典型应用场景，通过深入分析生成式人工智能在文本自动生成、信息精准提取、人机智能协作等具体应用场景的实践案例，进一步提出未来办公场景中人机协同发展的优化路径与策略建议，以期为生成式人工智能技术的办公场景落地提供理论支持与实践参考。

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, generative AI has been increasingly integrated into office environments, significantly transforming traditional work practices. This study examines the application of Deepseek in Microsoft Word as a case study, systematically exploring the advantages, practical challenges, and typical use cases of generative AI in office scenarios.
