“四链”融合背景下，各地都在从宏观角度探讨融合的路径和方法，但鲜有从区域微观视角，结合科技职能研究“四链”融合推进产业发展的突破口和关键点。本研究从“四链”融合的内涵特征、内在机理分析入手，结合区域经济发展的实际，分析“四链”融合方面的做法和存在问题，着力探索“四链”融合促进产业发展的必要性和措施路径。

Against the backdrop of “Four-Chain” integration, regions are exploring integration pathways and methods primarily from a macro perspective. However, few studies adopt a regional micro-level viewpoint to identify breakthroughs and key points for advancing industrial development through “Four-Chain” integration, specifically in conjunction with scientific and technological functions. Starting from an analysis of the conceptual characteristics and inherent mechanisms of “Four-Chain” integration, this research combines the realities of regional economic development. It analyzes current practices and existing problems in “Four-Chain” integration, focusing on exploring the necessity and identifying specific measures and pathways for “Four-Chain” integration to drive industrial development.
