全面贯彻新发展理念，着力推动高质量发展，主动构建新发展格局是中国当下和未来社会经济发展的关键，众多的资源型县域经济发展成为新发展格局下经济转型发展的主力军。本文在新发展格局视角下，以福建省大田县为例，利用SWOT分析方法，探索提出大田县资源型经济转型发展对策建议，为资源型县域经济转型发展提供经验借鉴和参考。

Comprehensively implementing the new development philosophy, advancing high-quality development, and proactively building a new development paradigm are crucial to China’s current and future socioeconomic progress.Many resource-based county economies have become major drivers of economic transformation under this new framework. This study, through a SWOT analysis of Datian County in Fujian Province, proposes strategies for transforming its resource-based economy, offering insights for similar regions.
