在“一带一路”倡议深入推进的背景下，小语种本地化人才成为促进沿线国家经济合作与文化交流的关键力量。本文聚焦数字技术在小语种本地化人才培养中的应用，先阐释数字技术的内涵，分析其在小语种人才培养中的应用优势，进而提出具体的应用策略，并以俄语本地化人才培养为例进行分析，旨在为提升小语种人才培养质量、服务“一带一路”建设提供参考。

Against the backdrop of the in-depth promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, talents specialized in localizing minor languages have become a key force in promoting economic cooperation and cultural exchanges among countries along the Belt and Road. This article focuses on the application of digital technology in the cultivation of talents specialized in localizing minor languages. It first explains the connotation of digital technology, analyzes its application advantages in the cultivation of talents specialized in minor languages, and then proposes specific application strategies. Taking the cultivation of talents specialized in Russian localization as an example for case analysis, the aim is to provide reference for improving the quality of talent cultivation in minor languages and serving the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.
