Under the background of the continuous advancement of the Healthy China Strategy and the intensification of
population aging, the cultivation of nursing humanities talents should take the “high-tech - industrialization”dual-drive
perspective, and explore a cultivation model of “industry adaptation + humanistic literacy + technical ability”, so as to
strengthen the compound nature of talent training. To this end, schools should combine the practical background and
policy basis, core requirements and theoretical framework, and strengthen the industrialization orientation of industry,
practice and application from the perspectives of curriculum, training mode and guarantee mechanism.
