在健康中国战略持续推进以及人口老龄化加剧的背景下，护理人文人才培养应以“高科技—产业化”双驱动为视角，探究“产业适配+人文素养+技术能力”的培养模式，从而强化人才培养的复合性。因此，学校应结合现实背景与政策依据、核心要求与理论架构，从课程、培养模式及保障机制等视角，强化产业、实践、应用的产业化导向。
