科技企业孵化器是国家创新体系的核心，是促进科技成果转化、培育科技型企业的重要载体。本文梳理福建省科技企业孵化器建设现状，分析其在服务能力、资源整合、运营机制、人才支撑等方面存在的问题。研究表明，福建孵化器已实现规模扩大与结构优化，但仍存在专业化服务不足、产学研协同不畅、数字化水平偏低等瓶颈。对此，本文从服务升级、生态构建、机制创新、人才培育四个维度，提出数字化赋能、五链融合、政策优化等对策，为福建省孵化器高质量发展、培育经济新动能提供参考。

Asaco recomponent of the national innovation system,technology business incubators are critical for technology c ommercialization and techenterprise cultivation.This paper reviews the current development of incubators in Fujian Province,identifies challenges including insufficient professional services,weak industry-university-research collaboration and low digitalization.Toachieve high-quality development,targeted strategies are proposed from service upgrading,ecosystem construction,mechanism innovation and talenttraining.
