摘要

本研究以质量流量计研发为案例,聚焦中小企业创新成果向高价值专利组合转化的核心问题。通过梳理高价值专利组合的理论与研究现状,面向中小企业在专利管理中普遍存在的战略模糊、团队薄弱、布局零散等痛点,深入分析科氏质量流量计的技术趋势与全球专利布局特征,构建高价值专利组合培育路径,并验证其可行性。研究表明,该路径能有效整合中小企业的有限资源,实现专利从“数量积累”到“质量提升”的转变,为中小企业依托核心技术构建高价值专利组合、增强市场竞争力提供可复制的方法论与实践参考。

Abstract

This study takes the research and development of mass flowmeters as a case, focusing on the core issue of transforming innovation achievements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into high-value patent portfolios. By reviewing the theory and research status of high-value patent portfolios, and addressing the common pain points of SMEs in patent management such as strategic ambiguity, weak teams, and scattered layouts, this study deeply analyzes the technological trends and global patent layout characteristics of Coriolis mass flowmeters, constructs a cultivation path for high-value patent portfolios, and verifies its feasibility. The research shows that this path can effectively integrate the limited resources of SMEs, achieve a shift from “quantity accumulation” to “quality improvement” in patents, and provide reproducible methodology and practical references for SMEs to rely on core technologies to build high-value patent portfolios and enhance market competitiveness.
