通过专利检索,研究分析了新能源汽车电池热管理技术的申请趋势、专利申请地域分布、全球及中国申请人排名、主要申请人专利申请数量历年变化趋势、技术研发热点,结果表明,相关专利申请数量一直保持较快的增长趋势,中国已成为主要的专利申请地域,中国企业宁德时代和比亚迪在全球专利申请数量排名上位居前列,韩国企业LG新能源已成为中国企业最主要的竞争对手。技术方面,对电池的冷却已成为最主要的研究方向,而多回路热管理系统成为了研究的热点。该研究以期能够为我国新能源汽车电池热管理技术的研发和专利布局提供参考。
Through patent search and analysis, this study investigated the application trends, geographical distribution of
patent applications, global and Chinese applicant rankings, annual trends in patent applications by major applicants, and
technological R&D hotspots in the field of battery thermal management technology for new energy vehicles. The results
indicate that the number of related patent applications has maintained rapid growth. China has become the primary
region for patent applications, with Chinese companies CATL and BYD ranking among the top globally in terms of patent
application volume. South Korean company LG Energy Solution has emerged as the primary competitor to Chinese
firms. Technologically, battery cooling has become the predominant research direction, while multi-circuit thermal
management systems have become a key research hotspot . This research aims to provide references for the R&D and
patent layout of battery thermal management technology for new energy vehicles in China.
