摘要

人工智能作为新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心引擎,正加速与先进制造业深度融合,成为培育新质生产力、推动新型工业化的核心驱动力。浙江作为全国制造业高质量发展的高地和数字经济先行省份,近年来深入实施“人工智能+”行动,在推动人工智能赋能制造业方面开展了诸多探索实践。本文在系统梳理浙江人工智能与制造业融合发展现状的基础上,深入剖析当前面临的技术适配、企业渗透、协同机制、支撑体系等方面的挑战,并从攻坚垂直技术、梯度赋能企业、打通集群协作、筑牢生态底座四个维度提出深化融合的发展路径,以期为浙江打造全球人工智能创新发展高地提供决策参考。

Abstract

As a key engine of the technological revolution, AI is accelerating deep integration with advanced manufacturing, becoming a core driver of new productivity and new industrialization. As a national leader in high-quality manufacturing and digital economy, Zhejiang has implemented the “AI+” initiative to empower its manufacturing sector. Based on a systematic review of the current integration state in Zhejiang, this paper analyzes the challenges in technological adaptation, enterprise penetration, coordination mechanisms and supporting systems. It proposes development paths from four dimensions: vertical technology breakthroughs, gradient enterprise empowerment, cluster collaboration and ecological foundation. This study aims to provide a decision-making reference for building Zhejiang into a global AI innovation hub.
