摘要

天然气分布式能源具备高能效、低排放的优势,可作为优化局域能源结构、提升局部能源稳定的重要手段。本文聚焦苏豫皖地区,分析了三省天然气分布式能源的发展条件、政策环境和面临的挑战。通过对楼宇式和区域式两类典型分布式能源方案的对比,提出在苏豫皖三省投资天然气分布式能源的可行性及政策建议。

Abstract

Natural gas distributed energy, with its advantages of high energy efficiency and low emissions, serves as an important means to optimize local energy structures and enhance regional energy stability. This paper focuses on the Jiangsu-Henan-Anhui region, analyzing the development conditions, policy environment, and challenges faced by natural gas distributed energy in these three provinces. By comparing two typical distributed energy schemes— building-type and re‐gional-type—the feasibility and policy recommendations for investing in natural gas distributed energy in Jiangsu, Henan, and Anhui are proposed.
