摘要

数字贸易开放为全球绿色贸易注入新动能,依托区块链碳足迹追踪、AI绿色物流优化等数字技术创新,显著提升绿色贸易效率与产业价值。区块链技术通过分布式账本实现供应链全环节碳数据实时上链,破解跨境碳核算信任难题,推动碳交易市场透明化与绿色信贷风控升级;AI算法优化绿色物流路径,精准匹配供需,助力低碳供应链构建。然而,区域间数字鸿沟、技术壁垒及中小企业转型成本高等问题制约了绿色贸易普惠发展。为此,需构建普惠均衡的数字贸易开放体系,破除技术壁垒,强化政策支持,降低中小企业数字化转型门槛,推动绿色技术产业化落地,实现全球绿色贸易包容性增长与可持续发展目标。

Abstract

Digital trade openness injects new momentum into global green trade, leveraging innovations like blockchain for carbon footprint tracking and AI for green logistics optimization to significantly enhance efficiency and industrial value. Blockchain ensures real-time carbon data recording across supply chains, addressing cross-border carbon accounting trust issues, while AI optimizes logistics for low-carbon supply chains. However, digital divides, technical barriers, and high transition costs for SMEs hinder inclusive growth. A balanced digital trade system is needed to remove barriers, strengthen policies, lower SME transition thresholds, and promote green technology industrialization for sustainable global green trade.
