本文以吉林省文旅企业为研究对象，聚焦数据资产化与产业金融融合的创新路径，通过实证分析揭示当前文旅数据资产确权难、评估难、融资难等痛点。研究发现，通过构建“数据确权—价值评估—金融赋能—产业反哺”的全链条机制，可破解轻资产文旅项目的融资困局，为全国文旅产业数智化转型提供可复制的实践样本。

This paper takes cultural tourism enterprises in Jilin Province as the research object, focusing on the innovative path of data assetization and industrial financial integration. Through empirical analysis, it reveals the core pain points of current cultural tourism data assetization, such as difficulties in rights confirmation, evaluation, and financing. The study finds that by establishing a full-chain mechanism of “data rights confirmation—value assessment—financial empowerment—industrial feedback,” the financing dilemma of light-asset cultural tourism projects can be effectively resolved, providing a replicable practical model for the digital transformation of the national cultural tourism industry.
