在数字技术变革背景下，产业数字化已成推进新型工业化、培育新质生产力的关键引擎。2025年福建省数实融合显著，GDP预计突破6万亿元，但实证评估显示仍面临区域发展不均、核心技术受限、产业链协同不足及复合型人才短缺等困境。本文基于2025年最新数据，前瞻对接“十五五”规划“人工智能+”导向，深度剖析产业数字化痛点。从强化顶层设计、深化数据要素驱动、推动产业链协同、创新产学研生态及聚焦技术攻关五个维度提出对策，为福建及全国制造业高质量转型提供理论支撑与智库建言。

Industrial digitalization is a core engine for new industrialization. By 2025, Fujian’s GDP is expected to exceed 6 trillion RMB, showing strong digital-real integration. However, challenges remain in regional balance, core technologies, supply chain synergy, and talent supply. Based on 2025 data and the “AI+” initiative, this paper analyzes these pain points and proposes five strategic countermeasures: top-level design, data element integration, supply chain synergy, industry-university-research ecosystems, and core technology breakthroughs. This study offers policy guidance for the high-quality transformation of Fujian’s manufacturing sector.
