国企知识产权全生命周期管理是支撑产业创新发展的核心环节,尤其在煤化工等技术密集型领域,其管理效能直接影响企业核心竞争力。当前国企知识产权管理在生成、运营、保护各阶段存在衔接断层、机制滞后等问题。本文立足数字化技术应用视角,结合煤化工产业特性,提出构建知识图谱协同系统、融合工业数据的价值评估模型等优化策略,通过数字化手段重构管理链路、激活运营效能、强化风险防控管理,为国企知识产权管理提质增效提供实践路径。
Full lifecycle management of intellectual property (IP) in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) serves as a
critical enabler for industrial innovation, particularly in technology-intensive sectors like coal chemical engineering,
where management efficacy directly determines corporate competitiveness. Current IP management in SOEs faces
challenges including fragmented processes and outdated mechanisms across creation, operation and protection.
This study proposes optimization strategies—such as establishing a knowledge graph collaboration system and
developing an industrial data-integrated value assessment model—through digital technology applications tailored
to coal chemical industry characteristics. By leveraging digital tools to streamline management workflows, enhance
operational efficiency, strengthen risk control, the research provides actionable pathways for improving the quality
and effectiveness of IP management in SOEs.
