Against the backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative’s high-quality development and intensifying international competition, intellectual property has become a core competitiveness and a high-risk area for Chinese enterprises going global. Based on their overseas operational reality, this paper analyzes the current status and prominent issues of their intellectual property protection, providing a reference for enhancing their overseas intellectual property governance capabilities.
