The essence of industrial upgrading lies in the fundamental shift from a factor-driven model to an innovation-driven model, and its success depends on the efficiency of transforming technological achievements into real productive forces. This study closely focuses on the new demands of industrial upgrading for the transformation of technological achievements, constructing specific optimization paths from five dimensions: demand-driven pull, pilot verification platforms, capital injection tools, data matching systems, and delivery model innovation. It aims to provide optimization strategies for the transformation of technological achievements in the context of industrial upgrading.
