为推动河南省高校与企业的深度合作，促进产学研用融合发展，提高科技成果转化率，以河南省高校为研究对象，探讨高校科技成果转移转化影响因素、转移转化模式及创新策略。研究发现，科技成果的成熟度、价值是影响高校科技成果转移转化的主要因素，目前河南省高校成果转化模式主要为市场转化、技术转让和“产学研”三种模式。为此，提出从完善管理机制、升级传统模式、搭建服务平台和政策保障方面的创新路径，研究表明，通过多维度推进河南省高校科技成果转移转化模式创新，可以推动多学科交叉融合发展，更好地服务区域经济发展。

To promote in-depth collaboration between universities and enterprises in Henan Province, foster the integration of industry, academia, research, and application, and enhance the rate of scientific and technological achievement transformation, this study takes universities in Henan Province as the research subject to explore the influencing factors, models, and innovative strategies for the transfer and transformation of university scientific and technological achievements. The findings reveal that the maturity and value of scientific and technological achievements, are the primary factors affecting the transfer and transformation of university scientific and technological achievements. Currently, the main models for the transformation of university scientific and technological achievements in Henan Province include market transformation, technology transfer, and the “industry-academia-research” model. To address this, innovative approaches are proposed, including improving management mechanisms, upgrading traditional models, establishing service platforms, and policy support. The study demonstrates that by advancing the innovation of university scientific and technological achievement transfer and transformation models through multiple dimensions, multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary development can be promoted, better serving regional economic growth.
