电子大数据正在从单一数据资源管理走向技术转移、成果转化等产业化阶段。本文以电子大数据产业化链条为研究对象，围绕科技创新政策牵引、技术转移组织、技术转化验证、行业应用落地等机制展开分析，研究认为，电子大数据的产业价值并不止于数据汇聚和统计分析，而在于通过可信数据供给、模型工程化、行业知识沉淀，将实验室成果转化为面向电子信息制造、智能终端、供应链管理等产品形态。

Electronic big data is evolving from standalone data resource management toward an industrialization stage encompassing technology transfer and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements. Taking the industrialization chain of electronic big data as the research object, this paper analyzes mechanisms related to policy-driven scientific and technological innovation, technology transfer organization, technology commercialization and validation, and industrial application. The study finds that the industrial value of electronic big data extends beyond data aggregation and statistical analysis. Rather, it lies in transforming laboratory research outcomes into products for electronic information manufacturing, smart terminals, supply chain management, and other fields through trusted data provision, model engineering, and the accumulation of industry-specific knowledge.
