本文以人工智能技术赋能产业链全流程协同为核心，梳理协同运营关键要素，搭建全流程协同架构，结合实证数据分析落地成效，提出系统化实现机制。研究旨在破解产业链各环节协同壁垒，构建智能化、动态化、高效化的协同运营体系，为产业数字化、智能化转型提供理论支撑与实践参考。

This paper takes the whole process collaboration of AI enabled industrial chain as the core, sorts out the key elements of collaborative operation, establishes the whole process collaboration architecture, analyzes the implementation effect combined with empirical data, and proposes a systematic implementation mechanism. The research aims to break the collaborative barriers in all links of the industrial chain, build an intelligent, dynamic and efficient collaborative operation system, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for industrial digitalization and intelligent transformation.
