为推动科技成果转化，近年来多地出台的推动科技创新、深化成果转化、促进科技服务业发展及加强技术经理人队伍建设等文件中均明确提出支持高校院所构建成果库与资源服务平台。在此背景下，结合高校当前面临的成果“共享难”、技术“推广难”及供需信息壁垒等现实问题，亟需构建以高校科研人员为核心、能够全面汇聚、高效共享和智能展示高校创新资源的数字化服务平台。文章围绕构建人工智能背景下的高校科技成果转化资源数字化服务平台展开研究，从建设现状与必要性出发，重点阐述平台的功能模块、系统架构及服务特点，以期为提升高校科技成果转化效率与服务能力提供路径参考，促进高校科技成果转化。

In recent years, to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, many local governments have issued policies driving technological innovation, deepening the transformation of research achievements, fostering the development of scientific and technological service industry, and strengthening the capacity-building of technology manager team. These policies explicitly support universities and research institutions in establishing achievement databases and resource service platforms. Against this backdrop, and considering the realistic problems currently faced by universities, such as difficulties in sharing technological achievements and promoting technology, as well as barriers in supply and demand information, it is urgent to build digital service platform with scientific researchers at the core. This platform should be capable of comprehensively gathering, efficiently sharing, and intelligently displaying innovative resources of universities. This paper focuses on the construction of a digital service platform for the transformation of Scientific and technological achievements under the background of artificial intelligence. Starting from the current situation and necessity of construction, the paper elaborates on the platform’s functional modules, system architecture, and service characteristics of the platform, in order to provide pathways to enhance the efficiency and service capabilities of scientific and technological achievements transformation, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities finally.
