Abstract

To meet the national demand for high-quality development, Southwest Jiaotong University has seized development opportunities, leveraging the university’s scientific research, talent, and technological resources to actively build technology transfer institutions across the country and to continuously deepen the mechanisms for transforming scientific and technological achievements. This paper focuses on four aspects of Southwest Jiaotong University’s technology transfer institutions: their positioning, construction model, main functions, standardized management and operation, and multi-party collaboration mechanisms. It provides a detailed exposition on key content, summarizes the practical experience in the construction and operation management of these institutions, and offers a new path for universities and localities to jointly explore the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
