Abstract

This thesis focuses on the field of medical artificial intelligence (AI), analyzing the ethical dilemmas faced in the application of algorithms. By examining ethical issues related to data privacy, algorithmic bias, accountability, and autonomous decision-making in medical AI systems, the study reveals the conflicts between technological advancement and ethical regulation. Based on this analysis, the paper proposes pathways for value reconstruction, including reinforcing the central role of physicians, improving ethical review mechanisms for technology, and reshaping the value framework of human-machine collaboration. The goal is to achieve a dynamic balance between technological innovation and ethical standards in medical AI, promoting its healthy and sustainable development.
