Against the backdrop where new-quality productive forces have become a key driver of development, Heze's rich intangible cultural heritage (ICH) faces challenges such as an aging inheritance population, limited communication channels, and insufficient industrial development. Policy support, improved digital infrastructure, and growing cultural demands of consumers have laid the foundation for new-quality productive forces to empower Heze’s ICH. To address issues including inadequate digital transformation, homogeneous products, and insufficient policy and talent guarantees, this paper proposes optimization strategies from the perspectives of technology, industry, talent, and policy, aiming to promote the innovative transformation and high-quality development of Heze’s ICH.
