 A Study on Empowering the Cultivation of Interdisciplinary Talents in Vocational Colleges through Industry-Education Integration with Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

The integration of industry and education is the core driving force for the high-quality development of vocational education and a key support for strengthening the cultivation system for interdisciplinary talents in vocational colleges.By leveraging its efficient computing power, artificial intelligence technology demonstrates empowering characteristics of full-domain coverage, full-process integration, and multi-agent collaboration within the talent cultivation system of industry-education integration. Based on the practical needs for cultivating interdisciplinary talents, this study focuses on the empowering mechanism of AI technology on the industry-education integration of vocational colleges. By analyzing the current situation and exploring the underlying logic, the study proposes three practical paths for integration, aiming to provide valuable insights for vocational colleges to deepen their industry-education integration practices and to construct a collaborative cultivation system for interdisciplinary talents.
