This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the current status of intellectual property border protection in cross-border e-commerce. It emphasizes its significance and development background, introduces major protection models—including administrative, judicial, industry self-regulation, and international cooperation—and identifies existing systemic deficiencies such as insufficient enforcement, highrights protection costs, and concealed infringement activities. The study highlights the necessity of establishing a rapid response mechanism to address evolving infringement patterns and enhance protection efficiency. It further focuses on strategic development, including information collection and early warning systems, as well as multi-departmental coordination. The research offers a reference framework for improving China’s protection system, enhancing efficiency, and promoting the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce.
