The fragmentation and commercialization of digital content dissemination have intensified the complexity
of copyright protection. Traditional models suffer from insufficient full-chain collaboration in the links of right confir
mation, authorization, right protection, and traceability.Focusing on this core pain point, this paper analyzes derivative
issues such as cumbersome digital copyright confirmation processes, rigid authorization models, and difficulties in
evidence collection and traceability, and explores the application paths of blockchain technology. By constructing
a consortium blockchain-based right confirmation system, designing a smart contract-enabled authorization
mechanism,and establishing a tamper-proof evidence storage and traceability system, a solution featuring“technology
empowerment+process optimization”is formed.Research shows that the decentralized and tamper-proof characteristics
of blockchain can effectively simplify right confirmation processes, enhance transaction transparency, and reduce
right protection costs, providing a new paradigm for the full-lifecycle protection of digital copyright. It has practical
significance for safeguarding the rights and interests of creators and regulating the order of the digital content market.
